For a couple of months I could say alot of months, my hall of fame with civ4 and civ5 sometimes dissapeares or does not contian any information.

I have found a reason for this wierd anomally. It mostly happens when the hall of fame is updating. So always make sure to update your hall of fame every moment when you can.
